How long does it take to receive my money back?
Once we have accepted and processed the returned products, it takes a maximum of 14 business days for the money to be refunded.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
The costs of the return shipping are for the customer, Rurale does not pay these costs.
Does Rurale confirm receipt of the return shipment?
We try to process all returns as quickly as possible with a maximum duration of 5 business days. Rurale strives to send an e-mail when the return process is completed but cannot guarantee this. Check yourself whether you have received the amount to be refunded.
Why have the shipping costs of my order not been refunded?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the costs of the original shipping and packaging if you have made a return shipment. All refund amounts are minus the costs of shipping and packaging.
